US regulators approve labels for Pißwasser, Patriot and a Vice City lager, reports say
Reports say a brewery near Miami won US label approval for Pißwasser, Patriot and a GTA VI-branded lager. Rockstar has announced no beer tie-in.

Three beer labels carrying Grand Theft Auto names have won federal approval from the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB), according to GTAVice.net, a fan site that reported finding them in the bureau's public label database on October 20. All three were filed by Tripping Animals Brewing, based in Doral, Florida, just outside Miami. Rockstar has not confirmed any link to the brewery.
What it means for players
For now, nothing is on sale. None of the reports gives a release date, a price or a store, and BroBible notes there is "no clear timeline" for the beers. PC Games Hardware adds that it is unclear whether they will be sold at all. GTAVice.net says Rockstar "has yet to publicly announce details of a beer collaboration," and none of the outlets quotes the brewery.
The three labels
Two of the names will be familiar to series fans. Pißwasser and Patriot are in-game beer brands that BroBible traces back to GTA IV, and both labels list 4.2% alcohol. The third, No Mames Vice City, is a 6% lager with GTA VI branding and a dog in sunglasses wearing a gold Vice City chain. PC Games Hardware says it looks like a new version of a No Mames lager the brewery already makes. The outlets give different approval dates for individual labels, but all fall between late September and mid-October.
Background
The filings arrive as GTA VI promotion spreads across Miami. VGC says ads for Pißwasser and Patriot have been seen outside bars in the city. The game launches November 19, 2026; our launch FAQ covers what is confirmed so far.
