Rights holders & takedown requests

If you hold the rights to an image or clip used on this site and want it removed, email the address above once it is published with:

• The image URL (right-click the image and copy its address; it looks like /images/puzzles/p…-640.webp) or the address of the puzzle page and the date it appeared.
• Proof that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner.
• What you would like done (removal or a credit change).

Verified requests are acted on promptly: the image is dropped from every puzzle, its files are deleted and the archive shows a stand-in instead. Real Florida photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their stated licences and are listed on the credits page.

General contact

Corrections to the launch pages, questions about the puzzles, account or data-deletion requests (see the privacy policy) and anything else go to the same address. Replies are sent by the site owner; there is no support team.
